Streamers, nicknames, and one easter egg
ラーメンハゲ is not an official character name. A 22 August 2026 Hachima post said a character in Japanese Ramen Simulator clearly resembles that meme, the angry ramen-shop boss from the internet. Wild Dog has not used the nickname.
The nickname, and what it is not
The Hachima headline is blunt: the new game obviously has a ラーメンハゲ in it. That is a community reading of a character model. It is not on the achievement list, and it is not a boss customer. If a clip uses the nickname, it is talk about the meme, not a quest title.
The bowl people tied to Nijisanji
The same post describes an in-game set that looks like Ichiran-style ramen plus three bowls of rice, three boiled eggs, and two noodle refills, and treats it as a nod to Lauren Iroas’s “Lauren set.” I am repeating the article’s claim, not a studio credit. I did not open every VTuber VOD that search results mention, so I am not printing viewer counts or a roster.
芹沢
A second-hand note links the critic in the trailer to Serizawa from the manga Ramen Hakkenden. The achievement is named Ramen Critic. Wild Dog has not said the boss is that character. I will not put Serizawa in a cast list.
Other names that show up in search, and that I could not connect to a source about this game, are left off this page on purpose. Streaming itself is allowed, including monetized streams. The rules are summarized on the streaming-rules page, and the Japanese guideline is the text that counts.
