Patch notes and the Early Access roadmap

The last Steam announcement I can cite is v0.1.57.18549 on 15 October 2026, then a roadmap on 16 October. The public branch build that week is 25978872. I am not calling a weekly cadence a fact. Three patches in eight days is what actually happened.

v0.1.57.18549 — 15 October 2026

  • Serving Staff unlocks with a counter at shop level 9.
  • Small refrigerator at level 4. Ramen bowl shelf at level 1.
  • Rice bowl and gyoza plate shelf, and an XL order monitor, at level 10.
  • Chashu rice bowl at level 20.
  • World Settings: customer count, wait time, bill multiplier, and a Thief spawns switch.
  • My Designs can reload PNGs without a restart. In co-op, only the host can do that.
  • Hosts can kick a player. Carry limits rose for bowls, gyoza plates, and trays.

Earlier patches

v0.1.50.17746 on 10 October moved partition walls from level 12 to 10, started the My Ramen tutorial at level 4 instead of 12, and fell back to English when the chosen language is missing. Day one, v0.1.48.17626, added tantanmen, garlic chives, and a dishwasher, which the note says was the most requested item in the closed test.

Roadmap posted 16 October 2026

PhaseItems the note namesLevel cap
EarlyKaraage, moving several structures at once, staff looks, a new critic, new difficulty, ticket machine, water dispenser35
MidGyoza and beer staff, My Sounds, new toppings, fried rice, a security turret, layout presets, a tutorial index, text chat40

Today’s achievement list still stops at shop level 20, which matches the level-20 chashu rice bowl in this patch. The higher caps are roadmap promises, not the live cap. A community mention of v0.1.58.18606 has no Steam announcement next to it, so I am not listing it as released.
